Lists 11 Germans being withheld from repatriation at the request of the IPS and the Legal Section. Alerts everyone to the fact that the next repatriation vessel will probably be the last to repatriate the listed Germans. Follow-up correspondence indicates there is no objection to the repatriation of the Germans listed and that that the matter be handled in an expedited manner. Attached memoranda discuss the individual German nationals.
