Letter from a number of Japanese informing Keenan that Mr. Tokusaburo Kosaka, an editor of "The Asahi," needs to be summoned as a witness regarding Prince Konoe's notes. Also suggests Prince Konoe's secretary, Mr. Ushiba, and Mr. Kishi of "The Asahi" perjured themselves regarding testimony on Prince Konoe's notes. Handwritten translation by M. Furukawa.
