Summarizes the information found in a copy of the Japanese Newspaper published in Manchuria in 1932 in which "informal statements of the accused KOISO" are located. One statement addresses Manchukuo and how it should work with Japan according to the "Japanese spirit" and "Imperial Way or Kingly Way."
