"Document purporting to establish provisional government at Peiping and restoration government at Nanking" pages 1149 to 1178: The Provisional Chinese Government. Discusses the events of 1937 and the North China army. Also includes "Program for the direction of Central China administration. (This program covers the period until little after the establishment of the New Regime)" and "Program for the establishment of Central China New Regime (in accordance with the program for the administrative direction)." Contains Statement of Source and Authenticity and Statement of Official Procurement.

Minutes from the fifth meeting of the evidence and defendants committee that discusses agreements about the reproduction of maps for presentation to the court as well as the difficulty in completing documents for evidence in time for the trial as a result of the lack of personnel. It was decided Joseph B. Keenan would be invited to the next meeting to address these concerns.
