Recounts conversation Roy Morgan had with the wife of Robert Minner, DNB correspondent, regarding Annette Prior, secretary to General Von Boetticher of the German Diplomatic Corp who was engaged to Major Nelson Moore of the United States Army. Expresses belief that Miss Prior desired to stay in the United States in order to marry Major Moore as well as "to be of advantage to the German Government."

Description: 
Gives information on Eric Otto Cerjack, "formerly connected with the German Government in Panama." Recounts a conversation that occurred between Cerjack and Roy L. Morgan regarding Cerjack's connections in the Panamanian government as well as his brother-in-law's actions to discredit his reputation. Cerjack claimed that this was because his brother-in-law was a Jew and hated Cerjack. He also states that he believed it was "foolish to think that Germany has any real espionage system in the United States and that Germany can purchase all of its information through, newspapers, periodicals, magazines, and publications issued by the United States Government printing office.

Recounts conversation Roy Morgan had with Confidential Informant SAC regarding Dr. Hans Thomsen, charge d'affaires of the German Diplomatic Corp at the Greenbrier Hotel, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Thomsen gave a talk to the Germans on April 20, 1942 in the honor of Adolph Hitler's birthday stating the progress Germany had made under Hitler and specific developments under the influence of the National Socialistic Idea.
