MEMORANDUM FOR MR. WORTH McKINNEY
It appears from the interrogation of Alfred KRETSCHMER, Military Attache of the German Embassy in Japan and Paul WENNEKER, Naval Attache, that further interrogations of German nationals now in Japan should be conducted in order to more fully develop the military and economic collaboration which existed between Germany and Japan before and during the war. Accordingly, it is suggested that the following German nationals be interrogated:
1.Colonel Paul NEIMOELLER
Director of the Deino
2.Count Milbach
Press Attache, German Embassy
3.Colonel GRONAU
Air Attache, German Embassy
4.Staatsrat Ladislaus WOHLTAT
Director, German Economic Mission in Japan
