RE APPLICATIONS UNDER RULE 6 (b)(1)
Applications under Rule 6 (b) are made for the purpose of obtaining permission to serve upon the accused or their counsel copies of excerpts only, in both Japanese and English, from certain documents, in place and stead of the entire original document, and not for the purpose of obtaining permission o introduce same into evidence.
The Clerk of the Court has requested that applications be worded accordingly.
Sample form of application to e used is attached.
