OHBERG The work of the final checking group under Mr. Ray Kawashima has resulted in a great deal of redoing of documents. For the guidance of all concerned, the reprocessing will operate as follows: 1.Two copies of completed document will be pulled for checking from distribution. 2.The corrected copy will be sent by Mr. Kawashima to Translation. 3.Translation okays changes and sends to Mr. Kawashima. 4.Mr. Kawashima writes out work sheet and sends it to Lt. Blumhagen who puts it into regular channels. Departure from this procedure has resulted in great confusion and lack of control. It will not be departed from henceforth.
