Prosecutor for France.
Following our previous interviews with you, Mr. Tavenner and Justice Mansfield and with regard to the preparation of the presentation of evidence concerning B or C Class Offenses committed in Indo-China, I am forced ot make personal investigation in the said area. I shall leave Tokyo today and intend to return as soon as possible probably about the end of this month.
During my absence, my assistant Major Roger Depo will be in charge of the French Division of the I. P. S.
