I refer to record pages 23759-61, 20476-79. I do not want to repeat the discussion which took place in connection with this issue. It is important to point out that the accused through their defense counsel, are ready to use any method to avoid responsibility. It shows that even now the accused are defending their views, which brought them into the dock. The accused do not hesitate to profit by political issues of to-day and to use names of persons of importance, hardly having their permission to do this. It is also important to point out that the Tribunal rejected these contentions of the defense and admitted no documents pertaining to this issue.
