FORM TO BE USED FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER RULE 6 (b) (1) INTERNATIONAL MILITARY TRIBUNAL FOR THE FAR EAST CASE NO. 1 Paper No. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; et al vs ARAKI, Sadao; et al APPLICATOIN ON BEHALF OF THE PROSECUTION UNDER RULE 6 (b) (1) PERTAINING TO THE INTERNATIONAL PROSECUTION SECTION DOCUMENT NUMBERS (STATE NUMBERS) ______ The ___ day of _______ 1946 The above mentioned prosecutors apply to the International Military Tribunal for the Far East for an order of exemption from the provisions of Rule 6 (b) (1) of the Rules of Procedure of the International Military Tribunal for the Far East, with respect to Prosecution Section Documents No. (state numbers), portions of which the Prosecution intend to be adduced in evidence, so as to permit the Prosecution to serve upon the accused or their counsel, copies of excerpts only from said documents in both the English and Japanese language in place and stead of the entire original documents, all as hereinafter set forth, and for such other order as to the said Tribunal may seem just and proper. The documents with respect to which said application is made are lengthy and contain material other than that which the Prosecution wishes to present to the Tribunal. The documents referred to are (state document numbers and portions Prosecution intend to be adduced in evidence).
