"ACCESSORY PROTOCOL
to the Pact against the Communist
International
“0n the occasion of signing today of the Pact against the Communist International, the undersigned Envoys Plenipotentiary agreed as follows:
w(a) The authorities of the two contracting parties will closely cooperate with each other as regards the exchange of information relating to the activities of the Communist International and the enlightenment and defense measures against the Com¬munist International*
w(b) The authorities of the two contracting parties will take drastic steps, within the bounds of the existing law, in dealing with persons who, at home or abroad, directly or indirectly, are serv¬ing with the Communist International or foster its destructive activity*
11 (c) In order to facilitate the cooperation of the authorities of the two contracting parties, as provided in forementioned (a), a standing commission^ will be established* Other defense measures necessary for checking the destructive activities of the Com- munist International will be studied and discussed by the said commission*
