It is necessary to fix 31 December as the final day for submission of requests for processing documents intended to be introduced after the completion of the present phase. However, do not wait until the deadline to have documents processed that can be gotten ready at an earlier date. Brigadier Nolan and Mr. Tavenner will be available in Brigadier Nolan’s office each morning at eleven o’clock for conferences regarding problems that may arise in connection with this work.
