Not be at ease with one success. This is our motto. We must strive that all over the seas and ports throughout the world, Japanese ships with the flag of Sun Rise should navigate increasing number of ships. For this purpose a great power of Navy is necessary. When the nations of the Far East emancipated from the yoke of Ameirca and Brtiain and are freely accessible to the rich resources in each respective situations, the true co-prosperity sphere will appear. Or course our country must, as a good leader, show all Asiatic nations, the direction toward which they should start. The allied countries, Germany and Italy with the same idea as that of ours are now fighting against American and Britain which fact is very helpful to Japan. Our Navy are determined that in due course of time, approaching to the White House of America, to make them surrender and to hold a naval review on the sea off New York. The end. -6-
