The principal documents of the Defense are not dealing with the substance of the charges. Exhibits No. No. 2370, 2371, 2508, 2613, 2762, Record page 17083 The greatest part of the documents introduced by the Defense to refute the Prosecution evidence are devoted to the menace which in the Defense?ÇÖs opinion, the Comintern constituted for Germany and Japan, and they say that therefore Germany and Japan had the right to fight it, i.e. the Comintern, and the spreading of Communism.
