Assignments for screening current lists of suspected and incarcerated Class A Japanese war criminals

Lists those tasked with investigating current list of suspected and incarcerated Class "A" Japanese war criminals. Acknowledges the fact that very little concrete evidence exists at that time. Each case file "should contain a complete statement of all of the evidence and information presently available which formulates the basis for the current suspicion." Recommends Lt. Col. Sackett and his staff for assistance to those charged with building the case files. Appoints Mr. Fihelly to oversee this group.
