Agent's notes state "It is this officer's opinion that the attached document merits close study and consideration inasmuch as it originates from an official, and presumably informed German source. It offers an historical account of some of the more malevolent aspects of Nazi intrigue, and at the same time affords an opportunity to observe how a single individual - in this instance, Stahmer - could have exerted an influence having such far-reaching consequences.
