Contains text with results from informal report of an interrogation of Hans Stahmer, former Ambassador. Includes interview answers with Dr. Boltze who offered information about Stahmer. Agent's notes state "It is this officer's opinion that the attached document merits close study and consideration inasmuch as it originates from an official, and presumably informed German source. It offers an historical account of some of the more malevolent aspects of Nazi intrigue, and at the same time affords an opportunity to observe how a single individual - in this instance, Stahmer - could have exerted an influence having such far-reaching consequences. The document also presents an insight into the affairs of East Asia, and throws some light on the sensitive relations which existed between Japan and Russia. File 244. File 324.
