Alerts recipients that the Japanese Government will produce a list of German, Austrian, and Czechoslovakian nationals residing in Japan. The IPS will receive a copy of the list in order to review the names of possible witnesses or defendants. Lt. Col. Seth Hudgins states that he will furnish only the list of German nationals.
