Letter from Frank Tavenner to Ozzie regarding the sudden death of Mac on January 24th, "the final day of our introduction of evidence," as a result of a heart attack. Discusses how Keenan will not return until March so Carlisle and Tavenner will have to ready the arguments. Requests that Ozzie join the team because they are desirous of having "persons around us in whom we have confidence as to both their ability to work and their loyalty to the project."
