Follows up on errors committed when identifiying "subject documents because the Foreign Office file number was not shown on the reproduced documents nor on the certificates of source and authenticity." After discussions between Monoghan and Sheldon, it was agreed that "future certificates would indicate Foreign Office fil enumbers so that documents may be readily identified." Concludes with "There is rarely any indication of where a document was actually prepared."
