Tavenner alerts Comyns Carr that two documents similar to document no. 2927, showing the location of certain army divisions, could not be entered into evidence in time for the closing phase. States that during cross-examination important items in these documents would be developed. Also suggests that Col. Mornane "review these matters and advise where cross-examination should be taken" since he is "familiar with prisoner of war testimony."
