Tavenner states that he believes Brooks will call OKAWA as a witness. Suggests that "Crowe review Helm's interrogation of OKAWA with the view of using it in cross-examination; and that he assemble the other data relating to OKAWA." Expresses belief that Brooks is full of "wild ideas" and that calling OKAWA is "about as wild as the MINAMI idea."
