Requests that Wagner be in touch with Mr. English per April 10th memorandum regarding re-scanning of the Privy Council Meeting Minutes for data on Defense claims regarding political assassinations and Cabinet changes. Stresses the fact that the Minutes of the Privy Council Meetings "are some of the best written evidence we have: they are official; they were set down at hte time; they indicate those present; they record the views of individuals."
