Books from Document Division Library

To all personnel. As a result of books that are missing from the library for long periods of time, Maxon requests that all no urgently needed IPS books be returned to the Document Division Library so that others may use them. He further states that the staff will get a signed statement from each individual of the books they do have in their possession. Concludes "Your cooperation is requested in this drive, whose purpose is not to deprive you of any book you need or are using, but to put back into circulation and make available to all, many valuable books which must at present be classfiied as 'lost, strayed or stolen.'"
