Burned and Destroyed Japanese Documents

Requests that a study be made regarding the burning and destruction of Japanese documents "showing in concise form the rulings of the Court and the evidence which has been introduced as to the destruction of these documents and along with that study to direct the investigation now being made by our Investigative Division, for it does not yet appear that the official responsible for the burning of the documents has been itnerviewed or has appeared as a witness."
