Examination of Documents Not Specifically Linked to any Defendant - Group III

Sutton states that he is attaching an "Index of Documents not Specifically Linked ot one or more of the Defendants" from 26 May 1947. The list has been divided into eight general groups that are then divided into two sections. Requests that the documents in Group III be reviewed and that any pertinent material on the defendants be brought to the "attention of the attorney to whom an individual defendant is assigned." Gives further instructions how to convey findings and construct memorandums. Handwritten note at the bottom states "Form of letter sent to each of the attorneys on the attached list."
