Memorandum to attorneys to whom particular defendants have been assigned. Requests "that each attorney to whom one or more defendants has been assigned submit as to each defendant a report in duplicate to be filed in Mr. Sutton's office, Room 371, not later than 1630 hours, Thursday, 22 May 1947, setting out" specific information. This information includes status of completion for examination of documents, concise statements regarding newly discovered evidence, the authenticity of the new evidence, if it is necessary to file an application under Rule 6-B-1, and if the new evidence has been processed.
