Edwards commends the Investigative Division, under Monaghan of the report on documentary evidence regarding secret funds. Concludes "Shoudl it develop that the records of the War Ministry were, in fact, picked up by technical intelligence teams early in the occupation, I would appreciate yoru advice as to what procedure should be followed in order for us to obtain the same or certified copies thereof."
