Topics include: information on court's recessing; assistance on paper situation; Mrs. Sutton's orders and awaiting port call; port will delay Mrs. Tavenner's sailing date; extension request Dr. Brendan Brown given his value; Henrietta's condition now the same as when Pignatelli left the United States; question if the Russian phase has started; radiogram that requested three copies of the book "Strange Alliance," by Major General J. R. Deane; matters proceeding satisfactorily; request for extension of Dr. Brown's orders will be made; Cole will check and advise Robinson on the information about recessing; Russian phase started 19 May and will be finished about 30 May. The last item, marked Confidential, discusses a confidential cable in which Colonel Hornaday "requested briefs on Japanese and German conspiracy together."
