Passes along memorandum from the Soviet Prosecutor about a photo album captured from teh Japanese political police in Manchuria. Indicates tha the album is of no value by itself, but "an interrogation of the Japanese men who were known to be members of the political police at the time this album was obtained might lead to important evidence against DOIHARA or other accused on atrocities in Manchuria."
