Discusses "Document No. 3168 - Paper Bound Book of Mimeographed Sheets Entitled 'The Record of the Conversations with Wang Ching-Wei, Dated 10-15 June 1939.'" These conversations revolved around the situation between Japan and China. Gives excerpts of testimony from SHIMIZU and KAGESA regarding conversations between WANG CHING-WEI and HIRANUMA on the peace movement with the Chungking Government and Japan's policies regarding the Kuomintang Party. Requests that the excerpt given in this memo "from Prosecution Document No. 3168 (pages 153-154 of the original document) be consdiered by the Rebuttal Committee as it is felt that it shows that HIRANUMA's attitude toward the plot of WANG is not a negative one as is indicated by defense evidence set out above, but on the other hand is a very positive one."
