Tavenner requests that "with regard to IPS Doc. No. 3338-A, which is an excerpt from 'Fuehrer Conference, 1943,'" Steiner "look into the question of certificate of proof, in which connection consider what Cunningham did when he offered several of these documents." Adds that this is an instance in which Rul e6-B-1 "will have to be complied with."
