Refers to IPS Document 2779, Exhibit 3474 for identification, "Foreign Office Memorandum dated 30 August 1938, concerning a conversation between OKA and KAGESA." States that it should be used as rebuttal evidence since it contradicts OKA's testimony and shows that "this conversation actually took place " and that "at that conference OKA, as representative of the Naval Affairs Bureau, and KAGESA, as representative of the Army Military Affairs Bureau, caem to an agreement concerning the capture of Canton."
