Meeting on Preparatory Work During Defense Summations

To all staff members. Tavenner informs the staff members that a meeting will be held in Mr. Keenan's office at 1000 hours Monday, March 1st, to discuss the type of preparatory work that needs to be done during the presentation of defense summations. States that the issues to discuss are: "1. To ascertain mis-statements of the evidence, 2. To ascertain statements and arguments not based on the evidence, and 3. To determine what matters, if any, are of sufficient importance to justify a reply."
