To members of the staff to whom accused have been assigned. Tavenner requests that the staff members study the general summation, sections F to M and then list all matters relating to the accused assigned to them. Tavenner gives them a timeline for completion and closes by stating "Some changes in assignments of attorneys is necessary because of depletion of our staff so a complete statement of attorneys' assignments will be circulated later."
