Preparations Relating to Defense General Summation Sections F to M

From the Summation Committee to Members of the Staff to Whom Accused Have Been Assigned. Instructs members of the staff on the proper procedure to follow, including the information needed, when preparing reports on the Defense General Summation from the standpoint of the Individual Accused. Includes an itemized layout for information needed, along with instructions that if for some reason there is nothing to respond to for an individual accused, a report should be filed to that effect.
