The Summation Committee informs Oneto that "all of the matters submitted by you have been adequately covered, either in the general summation of the Prosecution or in certain of the individual summations or in the reply to be presented to the Court this day." The committee then informs Oneto of their decisions on his suggestions, what materials would be repetitive, and why they will not be used.
