Tavenner requests help from Vasiliev regarding the "72 hour rule of the court for delivery of our Reply." According to discussions with Sir William, Tavenner has promised to get "a copy of our manuscript to the Russian judge as rapidly as we can, so that there will be time to translate it from English to Russian before its delivery in court." Tavenner asks Vasiliev to check with the Russian Judge to see if this procedure will be acceptable.
