Robinson submits to the summation committee an analysis of "Material Misstatements of the Law defining the Crime of making Aggressive War, and governing the Defenses of Self-Defense and of Self-Adjudication." He goes into the specific arguments and points the Defense has tried to make in their summation and then points out the contradicting legal cases and citations that refute their claims.
