Tavenner gives Vasiliev an estimation on the timeline for the UMEZU Summation. Tavenner will open the Prosecution's reply and then he requests that Vasiliev submit to him the name of the person who will start reading the reply from Vasiliev's section. In terms of materials distribution, Tavenner states his belief that "we should not distribute anything until we are certain that the Defense has closed its argument. Mr. Sutton will have the Court's copies in English and Japanese, the court reporters' in English and Japanese, and the Language Division's copies in English and Japanese in court and can distribute them while I am making the introductory statement."
