States that in a meeting with Mr. Theodore Schnell on 16 January 1946, Schnell suggested the prosecution investigate Kanji ISHIHARA who was connected with the Kwantung Army in Manchuria. Schnell stated his belief that ISHIHARA was integral to Japan's program of aggression. Also mentioned are undevloped leads and ISHIHARA's connection with the Cherry Blossom Society. File 229.
