Notification of Status of Defense Counsel Summations

To all members of the prosecution staff. Tavenner requests that "the attorneys who may be on duty at the counsel table at the conclusion of the morning session and at the conclusion of the afternoon session . . . report by telephone or messenger to my office the page in the summation where defense counsel concluded his reading and also information when available of the next summation that is proposed to be read by the defense."
