IPS SUBJECT: Interrogation of Japanese Nationals Referring to your memorandum dated July 3, 1947, regarding the location of certain persons in connection with a photo album showing atrocities in Manchuria, the CLO advises that with the incomplete names furnished by the Russian Division they were unable to locate any of the people requested for interrogation. If the Russian Division can furnish more complete identification of the requested individuals further effort will be made to locate them. [Signed EPM] Edward P.
