Gives information on Eric Otto Cerjack, "formerly connected with the German Government in Panama." Recounts a conversation that occurred between Cerjack and Roy L. Morgan regarding Cerjack's connections in the Panamanian government as well as his brother-in-law's actions to discredit his reputation. Cerjack claimed that this was because his brother-in-law was a Jew and hated Cerjack. He also states that he believed it was "foolish to think that Germany has any real espionage system in the United States and that Germany can purchase all of its information through, newspapers, periodicals, magazines, and publications issued by the United States Government printing office.
