Jap Militia Must Turn Over Rifles by March 1
TOKYO, Jan. 18 (AP) – Rifles of the Keibei Tai, Japanese militia organized to help occupation forces in Japan, must be turned over to allied headquarters by March 1, it was announced today. The organization, established by the home ministry, was ordered abolished yesterday.
