Soviet Representative on Tribunal Arrives The Soviet member of the International Military Tribunal for the Far East, and the Soviet associate prosecutor of the International Prosecution Section, with a staff of 44 persons, arrived in Tokyo late Saturday aboard two Soviet Navy frigates.
