War Court Reporter Killed in Jeep Crash The death of Ted Halliback, court reporter for the International Prosecution Section, was announced yesterday following notification of next of kin. Mr. Halliback, 31, died Monday in 42nd General Hospital from injuries received the previous day in a jeep accident. A passenger in the jeep, Mr. Halliback was thrown from the vehicle when it crashed into a three-wheeled motorcycle in Tokyo.
