Forwards memorandum that resulted from talking with Captain Parsons at the request of of the Defense Section. States that although an "affidavit and a book by Dr. van Mook were introduced in evidence during the Netherlands phase of the Prosecution's case, the Defense has never made any request that he [Parsons] be produced for cross examination or that an interrogatory be submitted to him."
