Compiles evidence and gives summaries regarding how Japan influenced "the so-called autonomous movements in Manchuria and North China." Topics include: Evidence of Japanese plans and avowed intentions to obtain control over Manchurian territory; Evidence of military aggression and military subjugation of the desired territories; The Immediate domination of these territories through the establishment of Japanese controls and the institution of a long term policy; The creation of a puppet government; The continued Japanese domination of the new state through Japanese direction and control of the puppet government.
