Requests and gives instructions for "a memorandum covering the affidavit of each of the witnesses listed below, giving an analysis of the affidavit, a statement of the geographical location of the places concerning which the witness testifies, a statement of the Prosecution's evidence on the subject concerning which the witness testifies, with appropriate reference to the number of the exhibit and the page in the record, a brief memorandum of any pertinent information which appears in the Prosecution's files as to the witness, including a statement of whether or not he has heretofore testified in the case." Witnesses listed with defense document numbers are: SAWADA, Shigeru, KOMODA, Koichi, OKADA, Yoshimasa, KOYASEKO, Kaname, TOSHIMA, Fusataro, SUZUKI, Teiji, YONEYAMA, Yoneshika, SHIMODA, Chiyoshi and KURODA, Shigenori.
